The French capital, Paris, is set to host the Ballon d'Or ceremony today, Monday, with an elite attendance of current and former football stars. The ranking criteria are based on several key factors, including goals scored, assists, titles won or competed for, as well as the player's overall performance level and decisive moments throughout the season.
