Features of the Chinese Model:
Balancing Factors: China successfully combined political stability with continuous reform, economic power with regulated openness, and national identity with responsible integration into globalization.
Good Governance: The fifth volume of "Xi Jinping: The Governance of China" highlights effective management concepts, including anti-corruption efforts, institutional development, promoting transparency, digitalization, and long-term strategic planning.
Economic and Development Achievements:

Innovation: Spending on R&D reached about $500 billion last year, bolstering China's global position in innovation.

President Xi proposed initiatives offering systematic and public-good solutions to global challenges, such as the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the Global Development Initiative (GDI), the Global Security Initiative (GSI), and the Global Civilization Initiative (GCI).
Salam emphasized that these are not mere slogans but practical tools for promoting cooperation and building a "Community with a Shared Future for Mankind."
Future of Egyptian-Chinese Relations:
Comprehensive Partnership: The 70-year-old relationship was upgraded to a "Comprehensive Strategic Partnership" in 2014.
Economic Ties: China is Egypt's primary trading partner, with trade volume exceeding $17 billion last year.
Strategic Integration: Chinese companies are key contributors to projects like the New Administrative Capital, showcasing the synergy between the BRI and "Egypt Vision 2030."
Future Role: Egypt will continue its role as a "pivot of balance and cooperation" and a crucial link between China and the Arab world, deepening partnerships in infrastructure, renewable energy, and digital transformation.
