Barcelona to Support Their Star

Football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Lamine Yamal will be at the ceremony, as he is on the list of 30 players nominated for this year's Ballon d'Or.

Barcelona's coach, Hansi Flick, commented on the team's attendance, saying: "I think Lamine will receive this trophy, though I don't know if it will be now, but his presence there shows respect. Whoever wins it deserves it. We should go, enjoy it, and show respect for the winners. This is extremely important."

The Competition and Real Madrid's Stance

According to reports, Ousmane Dembélé, the Paris Saint-Germain player, is the favorite to win the award this year. It is worth noting that Rodri, the Manchester United midfielder, won the Ballon d'Or last year, beating Real Madrid's Vinícius Júnior.

Real Madrid announced a boycott of the award last year after learning, just hours before the ceremony, that their player Vinícius Júnior had lost the Best Player award to Rodri, which sparked widespread controversy.
