The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) published a statement today, Thursday, marking the conclusion of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's visit to the United States. The statement affirmed that the Crown Prince and US President Donald Trump held the Saudi-US Summit, where they underscored their deep commitment to the "historic bonds of friendship and strategic partnership" and discussed ways to enhance cooperation across all fields.

  • Elevated Relations: The Crown Prince noted the positive results of President Trump's visit to the Kingdom in May, which contributed to elevating the strategic relationship to an "unprecedented historical level."

  • Strategic Agreements: The visit witnessed the signing of a major package of agreements, including:

    • Strategic Defense Agreement.

    • Strategic Partnership for Artificial Intelligence (AI).

    • Joint Declaration on the completion of negotiations for civil nuclear cooperation.

    • Strategic framework for cooperation in securing supply chains for uranium and critical minerals.

  • Investments and Finance: Financial and economic partnership arrangements were signed, along with a strategic framework to accelerate Saudi investments, and agreements related to financial market cooperation.

  • Investment Forum: Prince Mohammed bin Salman and President Trump participated in the US-Saudi Investment Forum, which saw the announcement of agreements and MOUs valued at nearly $270 billion.

  • Congressional Meetings: The Crown Prince also met with US House Speaker Mike Johnson and several leaders from the Senate and House of Representatives.
