The organizing committee of the Globe Soccer Awards has officially revealed the final shortlist for its 16th edition. Following a massive global engagement with over 30 million votes, the winners will be crowned on December 28th at the prestigious Atlantis The Royal resort in Dubai, an event set to gather football legends and top-tier executives.

PSG Dominates while Salah Misses Out Paris Saint-Germain, the reigning UEFA Champions League holders, lead the nominations. The club is vying for "Best Men's Club" against Barcelona, Liverpool, Chelsea, and Flamengo. PSG stars Ousmane Dembélé and Vitinha are finalists for "Best Men's Player," competing with Kylian Mbappé (Real Madrid) and Barcelona’s Raphinha and Lamine Yamal. Notably, Egypt’s Mohamed Salah did not make the final cut.

Managerial Rivalries and Women's Football Excellence The "Best Coach" category features a high-profile showdown between Luis Enrique, Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid), Mikel Arteta, Hansi Flick, and Enzo Maresca. In the women's category, Barcelona’s Aitana Bonmatí aims for an unprecedented third consecutive win, facing stiff competition from stars like Alexia Putellas and Maryona Caldentey.

Ronaldo and the Middle East Spotlight Portuguese icon Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed his attendance. The Al-Nassr captain is nominated for "Best Middle East Player," competing in a star-studded category alongside Salem Al-Dawsari (Al-Hilal), Karim Benzema (Al-Ittihad), and Riyad Mahrez (Al-Ahli).
