Republican White House candidate Donald Trump said after casting his ballot in Florida on Tuesday that he was ready to concede defeat to Kamala Harris “if the election was fair.”

“If we lose the election, if it was a fair election, I’ll be the first to admit it,” the former president told reporters at a West Palm Beach polling place. “I think it’s fair at this point,” the former president told reporters at a West Palm Beach polling place.
On Tuesday morning, former President Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, cast their ballots in the U.S. presidential election in Palm Beach County, Florida.
After voting, Mr. Trump told reporters: “I think this was the best of the three campaigns I’ve ever been on.
We ran a great campaign. I think it’s the best campaign I’ve ever had.” He said he had not yet prepared a victory speech, but was ready to do so.
Mr. Trump said he did not support violence and his supporters did not support violence.
Earlier, Trump said in a post on the X platform: “Today is officially Election Day! It will be the most important day in American history.”
“Voter enthusiasm is growing. That means there will be long lines.
Trump continued, addressing his supporters: “I want you to vote no matter how long it takes. Get in line.”
The former US president said: “The radical communist Democrats want you to pack your bags and go home. Together we will achieve a great victory and make America great again.”
Polling stations have opened across the United States, where voters will choose between Trump and his Democratic rival Kamala Harris for the presidency for the next four years.
Advance voting has begun several weeks ago in many states, and residents can vote in person at designated locations or by mailing ballots.
According to US media, citing statistics from election authorities and research centers, more than 75 million people have already made up their minds.
In total, about 240 million people are eligible to vote in the US presidential election.
