Major General Turki Al-Maliki, spokesperson for the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen, announced that any military movements violating de-escalation efforts will face immediate and direct intervention. This decisive stance follows a formal request from Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, seeking urgent measures to protect civilians in Hadramaut Province from "grave and horrific human rights violations" committed by armed elements affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council (STC).

The statement underscores the continuous joint efforts of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to stabilize the region. The primary objective remains the withdrawal of STC forces and the handover of military camps to the "Nation’s Shield" (Der’ Al-Watan) forces, enabling local authorities to exercise their full administrative responsibilities. General Al-Maliki reaffirmed the Coalition’s unwavering support for the legitimate Yemeni government, calling on all parties to exercise maximum self-restraint and adhere to peaceful solutions to safeguard the nation’s security.
