A coalition of 14 Arab and Islamic nations, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Turkey, and Indonesia, has issued a fierce joint statement condemning U.S. Ambassador Mike Huckabee. The alliance rejected Huckabee's suggestion that Israel has a "Biblical right" to territories that could include parts of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Turkey, calling it a "flagrant violation" of international law and a grave threat to regional stability.

The backlash was intensified by Huckabee’s comments to Tucker Carlson, where he justified the killing of children in Gaza and claimed the IDF is "more moral" than the U.S. military. While the U.S. Embassy scrambled to clarify that these views do not reflect official policy, the regional consensus is clear: any attempt to redraw the Middle East map based on ancient texts is a "red line." The joint statement reaffirmed the commitment to a Palestinian state based on the 1967 borders.
