Egyptian lyricist Khaled Tag El Din sparked widespread controversy after publicly accusing singer Ahmed Saad of stealing the melody from superstar Amr Diab's hit song "Baba" and using it in Saad's new track, "Ya Halila."

Details of the Accusation and Controversy:
Explicit Accusation: Khaled Tag El Din posted on Facebook: "Ahmed Saad made the song Baba minus one... removed Amr Diab's voice and sang Ya Halila Ahla Leila El Leilah," suggesting the melody was copied with only the vocalist changed.
Public Reaction: Audience comments were divided: some supported the accusation of theft, while others felt there were differences in melody and arrangement, although the "spirit" was similar.
"Ya Halila" Context: The accused song, released last month, is an advertisement for an Egyptian telecom company. It was written by Mostafa Hadout and composed by Mostafa Tag and achieved high viewership.
Saad's Response: Ahmed Saad has not yet issued any official comment on the accusation.
The Original Song ("Baba"):
Amr Diab's song "Baba," from the album "Ebtadaina," achieved massive success upon its release last summer, garnering over 200 million views on YouTube.
The original song's lyrics were written by Malak Adel and composed by Mohamed Yahia.
