The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has warned pilots to exercise extreme caution when flying over Mexico and several parts of Central and South America. This advisory comes just two weeks after the U.S. military operation in Venezuela. The FAA cited potential risks to aircraft at all altitudes due to unspecified "military activities" that could interfere with navigation systems and GPS signals.

The warning covers critical air corridors off the coasts of Mexico, Colombia, Panama, and Ecuador, as well as the Gulf of California. These restrictions are set to remain in place until mid-March, fueling speculation about ongoing or upcoming military maneuvers in the region following the intervention in Caracas.
