In a televised interview on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, Lebanese Forces Leader Samir Geagea declared that Hezbollah has "ended" in Lebanon, the Arab world, and abroad. Geagea firmly rejected the use of state funds to cover the costs of the current conflict, stating, "We will not accept the Lebanese state paying a single Lira for a war we did not choose or decide to enter," adding that Iran should be held responsible for reparations.

Geagea also lauded the government's decision to expel the Iranian ambassador, noting that such a move was long overdue given Tehran's blatant interference. He asserted that recent developments proved that hundreds of Iranian IRGC members are currently in Lebanon directing military operations, warning that the "Middle East will never be the same again".
