The health status of three of Egypt's most prominent artists—Angham, Mohamed Sobhi, and Mohamed Mounir—has been a subject of concern and media attention following recent reports of them receiving medical care. Here is what we know about the latest developments regarding their health as of Thursday.

Angham Undergoes Second Surgery in Germany
According to Egyptian media personality Mahmoud Saad, who said he was in contact with her son Omar Aref, artist Angham is undergoing a second surgical procedure in Germany on Thursday. The operation is to remove the remaining part of a pancreatic cyst, along with a portion of the organ. Saad described her health crisis as "severe" and said she was suffering from "intense pain." His information was corroborated by fellow media personality Lamis El Hadidy, who also reported that Angham was having a "major surgery" on the same day.
Mohamed Sobhi's Condition Stabilizes
The health of veteran actor Mohamed Sobhi has stabilized after he was admitted to a hospital on July 5 following a fainting spell at his home. Ashraf Zaki, the head of the Actors Syndicate, reassured the public about his condition, stating he was "in good and stable health." Later, Sobhi's brother and theater troupe manager, Gamal, clarified that the incident was due to "severe exhaustion" that caused a drop in blood pressure, leading to his hospitalization. Medical tests confirmed his stable condition.
Mohamed Mounir Reassures Fans and Postpones Concert
The "King" of Egyptian music, Mohamed Mounir, took to his official Facebook page to reassure his fans about his health. He confirmed he was "doing well" after a recent health issue and that he is currently "in the process of completing treatment." Due to his condition, Mounir announced the postponement of his concert at the New Alamein Festival, which was originally scheduled for August 16. He added that he would soon be back in the studio to record the remaining songs for his new album and prepare for future concerts.
