The Israeli news website "Israel Hayom" reported today, Tuesday, that hundreds of Israeli tourists were trapped at the Greek port of Souda due to an anti-Israel demonstration protesting the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip.

Protest Details and Security Measures
Repeated Protests: This incident followed a similar protest yesterday at the port of Argostoli on the Greek island of Kefalonia, protesting the arrival of a cruise ship carrying Israeli tourists.
Ship and Tourists: Greek media reported that the cruise ship "Crown Iris," carrying approximately 1,500 Israeli tourists, arrived at Argostoli port under tight security measures.
Police Reinforcements: Greek police sent reinforcements from the capital Athens and the city of Patras to the island and closed some roads around the port. Israeli tourists were transported in private buses to their visited areas.
Demonstrator Chants: Pro-Palestinian demonstrators gathered at the port, protesting the genocide committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip and chanting slogans such as "Freedom for Palestine."
Previous Incidents: The same cruise ship faced similar protests last week at the ports of Patras and Kalamata on the Greek Peloponnese peninsula.
