Speaking at the White House Easter Egg Roll on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, President Donald Trump dismissed allegations that his planned strikes on Iranian civilian infrastructure would constitute war crimes. When pressed by reporters, Trump retorted: "No, I’m not worried at all. You know what’s a war crime? Having a nuclear weapon". He reaffirmed that by midnight Wednesday, every bridge and power plant in Iran would be "exploding, burning, and never to be used again" unless a deal is reached by 8 PM EDT.

"Complete Demolition":
Trump characterized the looming military package as a "complete demolition" that could be executed in just four hours. While acknowledging an "important proposal" from Tehran, he maintained it was "not enough," insisting that Iran knows exactly what it must do to avoid the "Hell" scheduled for tonight.
