Israeli authorities reported on Sunday, March 29, 2026, that an Iranian missile struck the Ne'ot Hovav industrial zone near Beersheba in southern Israel. The strike targeted a facility housing highly dangerous chemical substances, causing structural damage and injuring one person.

While Magen David Adom and police units initially feared a hazardous material leak, subsequent assessments temporarily cleared the suspicion. However, residents have been strictly advised to avoid the area as safety protocols remain in place. This incident is part of a broader Iranian missile barrage targeting central and southern Israel amidst the ongoing military escalation.
