• Targeting Southern and Central Cities: The sources added that Israeli artillery intensely shelled various areas in Rafah and Khan Younis, coinciding with airstrikes targeting the outskirts of those cities. Other shells hit areas east of Deir al-Balah in the central Strip and the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City.
