Kardashian shared the news during the Season 7 premiere of her show, The Kardashians, according to the British newspaper The Mirror.

While speaking to her sister Kourtney Kardashian, Kim said: "They found a small aneurysm," to which Kourtney replied in shock: "Wow."

Kim, a mother of four, discussed the stress caused by her marriage and subsequent divorce from rapper Kanye West, suggesting that the turmoil contributed to her health issues.
