The Lebanese army announced today, Sunday, the killing of three soldiers in an Israeli attack on a military vehicle in southern Lebanon.

The army command announced that three soldiers were killed in an Israeli attack on a vehicle carrying soldiers in southern Lebanon.
According to the German News Agency (DPA), the army said in a statement that Israel attacked a Lebanese army vehicle on the Ain Ebel Hanin road in the south, killing three people, bringing the number of soldiers killed since September 23 to eight.
Intensive Israeli air strikes continued on dozens of towns and villages in southern and eastern Lebanon on Sunday.
The Haret Hreik suburb in southern Beirut was subjected to four air strikes on Sunday morning after Israel warned people to evacuate the building.
Four people were also killed in an air strike on a house in the city of Nabatieh. Israeli aircraft carried out a series of intensive air strikes on the entrance to the city and the road leading to it, destroying several houses and homes and damaging the road.
The town and plains of Al-Qaim were also subjected to heavy Israeli airstrikes and shelling.
On Sunday morning, Israeli airstrikes were recorded on the town of Hanin in southern Lebanon, and continued in the border town of Aita al-Shaab in central Lebanon.
Overnight, Israeli airstrikes hit the towns of Al-Tiri, Kabriya, Al-Taybeh, and Zebqin, while heavy airstrikes were observed on the towns of Al-Bazzariyeh, Al-Ansar, Al-Badi’, and Al-Khader in the Bekaa.
Airstrikes also continued near the Lebanese-Syrian border and at crossings, including the hills and suburbs of Al-Mushrif, Hawsh Al-Sayyid Ali, Hawsh Al-Sayyid Ali, and Halmar in northeastern Lebanon.
As of 6:00 p.m. Beirut time on Saturday, more than 82 airstrikes had been carried out in 24 hours.
