Palestinian Killed in Israeli Strike on Southern Gaza; Ceasefire Violations Continue

A Palestinian citizen was killed this Sunday morning in an Israeli drone strike targeting the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Continued Violations and Latest Statistics

• Ceasefire Breaches: According to the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA), the Israeli occupation continues to violate the ceasefire agreement. Israeli forces are intensively firing east of Khan Younis, while military boats continue shelling near Gaza Port and the eastern areas of Rafah.

• Post-Ceasefire Toll: The casualty toll since the ceasefire agreement on October 11th has risen to 242 martyrs (deaths) and approximately 614 injuries.

  • 522 bodies have been retrieved.

  • 300 bodies have been received from Israel, 89 of which have been identified so far.

• Total Casualties: The total cumulative toll from the Israeli bombardment on the Gaza Strip has reached 69,169 martyrs and 170,685 injured since October 7, 2023.
