A cautious tranquility has settled over Aleppo after intense skirmishes between the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The conflict, centered around the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh districts, resulted in 25 casualties, including civilians and a member of the "National Army," according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The battlefield tensions were mirrored by a media war. Colonel Mohammed Abdul Ghani, Aleppo's Internal Security Chief, vowed to deal firmly with "SDF assaults" on public property. Conversely, the SDF categorically denied allegations of shelling Al-Razi Hospital, labeling it "pro-Damascus propaganda" to mask artillery fire on Kurdish-held areas. By Monday evening, following mediation efforts, both the Syrian Ministry of Defense and the SDF issued orders to cease fire. The Syrian Army Staff Command emphasized their role in civilian protection while maintaining existing control lines.
