In a high-stakes diplomatic gamble, Reuters reports that Iran is considering sending half of its highly enriched uranium stockpile abroad and downblending the rest. This "new concession" aims to secure a nuclear deal with the Trump administration that includes lifting crippling sanctions and recognizing Tehran's right to peaceful enrichment. U.S. officials, however, warn that this is the "last chance" before a massive military operation that could directly target Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

Simultaneously, the New York Times and Financial Times revealed Iran's internal "War Footing." Khamenei has reportedly empowered Ali Larijani to manage the state and instituted a "Succession Layers" system to ensure regime continuity in case of leadership assassinations. While domestic protests surge in universities with chants for the monarchy's return, leaked documents show a $545 million deal with Russia for advanced air defense systems (Verba missiles), signaling that Tehran is preparing for the worst even as it talks peace in Geneva.
