U.S. Condemns "Horrific Atrocities" in Sudan, Accusing Both Sides of Using Starvation as a Weapon of War

Washington expressed grave concern over the targeting of World Food Programme (WFP) facilities and the killing of its staff, describing the destruction of humanitarian supplies as a blatant violation of international law. The statement emphasized that using "starvation as a weapon of war" marks a dangerous escalation and called for an immediate humanitarian truce to protect innocent families living in terror.
