UAE Joins U.S.-Led "Peace Council": President Mohamed bin Zayed Accepts Trump’s Invitation

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Tuesday that President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has accepted a formal invitation from the United States to join the "Peace Council." Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized that this move underscores the UAE’s commitment to the full implementation of President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan for Gaza and the realization of Palestinian rights.

Abu Dhabi reaffirmed its absolute confidence in President Trump’s leadership, noting that the Abraham Accords serve as a historic foundation for this new mission. The UAE expressed its full readiness to play an active role within the Peace Council, aiming to foster regional stability, cooperation, and long-term prosperity through effective participation in this global initiative.
